Care Agency Compliance Tracker (pilot)
Now accepting pilot agencies, set up within three weeks of sign-up. Pilot price: £495 setup, then from £79 a month
Every worker’s documents tracked by real expiry dates, with early warnings and a clear “cleared to work” status, so no one is booked on an expired check.
- Right to work, including time-limited permission, DBS and Update Service checks, NMC PINs, visas and mandatory training
- Automatic “cleared to work” status for every worker

Questions
What does joining the pilot involve?
You get the service at pilot prices while it’s refined with your feedback. In return we ask for a short monthly check-in and, if you’re happy with the results, permission to publish a case study. There’s no long-term commitment.
Do I need to replace my current software?
No. We work with what you already use. If a full staffing platform becomes the right move, we’ll tell you honestly.
Is our workers’ data safe?
Worker records stay in accounts your agency owns, with access limited to the right people. Data handling is agreed in writing under UK GDPR before we start.
Where does the vacancy information come from?
From public and licensed sources, including the CQC register of care services. Contains CQC information, used under the Open Government Licence.
Do you work outside the West Midlands?
Yes. Vacancy Alerts can cover any area in England, and the Compliance Tracker works anywhere in the UK.
